Hi Everyone,

I have finally had the chance to select some of my favorite pictures from our NY trip. Sebastian absolutely loved it. Taking the metro was his favorite activity and where he learned to wave. He made it a point of getting everyone's attention and making sure they said hi back. He would reach over and touch people or yell at them. He just loved being out and about. One of the nights we went to Times Square while he was sleeping in the stroller. He woke around midnight and was mesmerized. He didn't know what to do, so he started waving with both hands. It was a really special time to travel with him. He was so aware and had so much fun!

Hola,

Baby wearing in New York

Hi Everyone,

We are back home and a little sad to be back. New York was amazing! I have never seen Sebastian so happy. I knew I loved NY but was a little worried about Sebastian. Well, I am more worried now that we are back home. Not only was he the best baby EVER but I feel like I came back with a different baby. He was so stimulated in NY and he absolutely loved it. I have realized that he is too bored here and I am not sure what I am going to do to keep him stimulated.

I have so many pictures to share but it's going to take some time to get them organized. So I will have a couple of New York posts. For now I wanted to share Sebastian in his baby carrier. It's the one thing I couldn't have lived without in NY. It's the Beco Butterfly II. Although it was so hot outside it was better than having to carry him when he was tired of being in the stroller. It is also ideal for nursing and the only way to get him to sleep. It was a purchase that I doubted at times but now I don't know how I will live without it.

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.

Hola,

Nunca he visto a Sebastian tan feliz.

Traveling with a baby

Hi Everyone,

We are currently in New York visiting my sister-in-law Sarah.

Traveling with a baby was not really what I expected, it was much easier on him and much harder on me. Thanks to frequent flyer miles and my wonderful husband, we got to fly first class. It was great because we both fit in the seat.  We took a red-eye and Sebastian slept most of the time. When he wasn't sleeping he was flirting with the lady next to us. Who was so smitten with him that she even kissed him!

We had a layover in North Carolina and we were able to stay at the US airways club for free because the ladies at the club fell in love with Sebastian and wanted to hold him. Yes- I use my sons cuteness to my advantage. It's like he knew I was "working" him because he was happy to go to them.

During the second flight he kept playing with the couple behind us. He even went back there with them.

Overall he was amazing but I barely got any sleep (as you can tell in the puctures)

To my surprise you cannot take the metro from the airport in la guardia, so we had to take the bus. Which involved me baby-wearing Sebastian on the bus in super hot weather! Thank goodness Sebastian's aunt Sarah met us at the airport and was able to help.

I will post some more from New York. I just wanted to update all of Sebastian's fans!
